We offer full-service package for couples needing assistance in all planning and coordination aspects right from the get-go. On average, planning your wedding day takes close to 300 hours. This package is designed for couples who want a full-time experienced wedding professional to oversee every part of their wedding day or weekend. Our experienced team will be with you every step of the way! Experience stress-free bliss with a full wedding planning service, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed, allowing you to savour the joy of your special day. Each phase of our process is intended to give you peace of mind and confidence. From helping develop your design concepts to sourcing decor to attending appointments, we are right beside you.

Day-of Coordination Plus Design
Our Day-Of Coordination plus Design package is perfect for couples who want a planner and designer to direct them through the planning process. We'll meet with you to help with the extensive design tasks and create the wedding design board and floor plan. We will source and negotiate design contracts for flowers and all decor items. We'll take over all vendor communication two months before your wedding to finalize all those last-minute details and ensure everything is ready! On your wedding day, we will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day!

Month of Planning Plus Day of Coordination
This package is ideal for the couple with most of the planning done and needs someone to help with the last-minute details and coordinate on the day of to ensure it runs smoothly. We will help you with monthly check-ins to ensure everything is organized before the BIG day! Plus we start meeting a month before your wedding to help finalize any outstanding items and details. We’ll work with you to develop a timeline for the month leading up to your wedding and a minute-by-minute schedule for your special day that we will execute for you. Relax and enjoy your wedding day to the fullest with Day-of Coordination!
