When we started planning our wedding, we found ourselves able to easily make the “bigger decisions”- venue, color scheme, etc. As time went on, we found it harder to keep track of the details and things we needed to do moving forward to ensure we had a perfect day. We started feeling really overwhelmed with the prospect of pulling off the wedding of our dreams, while keeping our sanity. We had reached out to other planners/decorators but never quite found the right fit. That was, until we met with Julie. Her sweet demeanor and easy going style instantly made us feel at ease. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Julie updated us frequently on her and our to–do lists (which she created), and contacted all our vendors to introduce herself and set herself up as a contact for any questions or concerns- which was a godsend as time went on and vendors/details piled up. Having Julie help us plan allowed us to relax and feel as though we weren’t missing any little details. Closer to the wedding, we asked Julie to come spend the night before the wedding at our venue to have her onsite for the rehearsal. She easily and graciously switched her schedule to accommodate our needs, continually proving her client’s needs and desires are her priority. Our wedding day went perfectly, which was a direct result of all Julie’s hard work. There was not a single detail that was missed. We will never be able to thank Julie enough for making our vision a reality. Julie truly shines and thrives, completely in her element during the weddings she plans. She provides the highest quality of service, decorated our venue beautifully and made the overall flow of the wedding day so smooth. Most importantly, develops strong trustworthy relationships with her couples. If there is one piece of advice we can offer anyone looking to hire a wedding plan it is to hire Julie right now! Julie was our day-of coordinator (who did much more than day-of!) for our wedding ceremony and reception in two different spaces. The reception venue had only four hours to be flipped before guests arrived; and similarly had to be cleaned up that same evening. Julie helped keep us organised and made countless phone calls and emails the week of the wedding. She also had a few phone calls and meetings with me prior to the week-of, as well as went and did a walk through of the venue. She helped to transform the space in only hours.
